Locked out? Don't worry. Here are the most common fixes:
1. Check your email spelling
It happens. Did you type gmal.com instead of gmail.com?
2. Wrong Account Type?
Did you accidentally tap "I'm a Resident" instead of "I work with relining" (or vice versa)? Go back and pick the right path.
3. Forgotten Password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself on the sign-in screen.
4. Code not working?
Make sure you include the hyphens (like BRF-123). BragiBuild automatically capitalizes the letters for you, so you don't have to worry about that. The easiest way is still to use the QR Scanner to avoid typing mistakes.
