After months of development, testing, and pilot projects, we are launching a system that gives everyone in a housing project the same view, in real time.
Why we built BragiBuild
In every renovation or relining project the same problem appears:
information is spread across emails, texts, and notes, and eventually no one really knows what is going on.
We have been there ourselves. As contractors, board members, and residents.
BragiBuild solves it:
one place where contractors, boards, and residents see the same status, updates, and reports, without anyone chasing answers.
What you can do in BragiBuild today
- See status in real time: everyone knows what is happening in each apartment and main pipe.
- Manage connections between apartments: update one and connected ones update automatically.
- Create reports: log events and deviations directly in the project.
- Invite residents: via QR or join code, so contact details link automatically to the right apartment.
- Push notifications: when something changes, those affected are notified instantly.
BragiBuild also supports multiple buildings and stairwells in the same project. Everything gathered and simple.
Who we are
BragiBuild is developed by a Swedish team with backgrounds in technology, contracting, and construction.
We have seen how much time and energy goes into keeping everyone up to date.
The goal is clear: less stress, fewer misunderstandings, better projects.

Where we are heading
This is only the beginning.
In the coming months we will launch, among other things:
- Project calendar: planned events and work visible to everyone.
- Noticeboard: contractors can post important messages that residents receive as push notifications.
- Improved reporting: statistics and summaries for follow-up.
The construction industry needs tools that simplify, not complicate. BragiBuild is our contribution.
